Life Center Association, Inc. needs concrete steps repair, sidewalk drain

One of the LCA’s 8 properties, located on 4xxx Springfield Ave, in West Philly, needs crumbling concrete steps repaired, and safety railings added.

The photos below show the crumbling steps along with an example of a neighbor’s railing that may be a good model for our building:

 

 

Not shown, the side walkway beside the building needs either partial repairs in some areas or a total replacement including provision of new drainage to storm leaders (or you make recommendation…)
